One year of Software Maintenance and Standard Support must be purchased with your product, and is renewable annually.
Software Maintenance includes all "point" software upgrades and bug fixes (e.g. 3.3 to 3.4), not including new chargeable options and major upgrades (e.g. 1.6 to 2.0).
Standard Support is telephone and online support (including online case submission and tracking) during regular business days from 10am to 6pm based on the time zone of the regional Digital Rapids Support Office.
